Annual Appeal for Benevolent Care – Now in its 12th year, the Annual Appeal is a concentrated yearly effort to raise money for benevolent care.  Messiah Village offers three direct mail opportunities to participate, but gifts may be given at any time.

Memorial Gift – Instead of flowers, honor a loved one with a memorial gift designated to the Messiah Village Endowment Fund. The Gift Development Office will notify the family of your caring gesture.

Honor Gift – Give a lasting gift in honor of a loved one or special friend. A great idea for holidays, birthdays, anniversaries, or another special occasion. The Gift Development Office will send notification of your kind deed.

Charitable Gift Annuity – A gift of cash, securities, or other assets in exchange for a lifetime fixed income. Donors may receive tax exemptions and savings. 

Real Estate – A gift of property or real estate. With professional counsel, a transfer of property may benefit the donor as well as Messiah Village.

Stock or Mutual Fund Gifts – Transfer shares of appreciated or closely-held stock or mutual funds to benefit benevolent care at Messiah Village.

Wills and Bequests – Leave a lasting legacy by including Messiah Village in your estate plans. Designating a portion of your estate as a gift for Messiah Village will help secure the future for our residents.
